Blazestack, Inc. (“Blazestack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the owner of Blazestack.com and its related landing pages (“Website”). This online Privacy Notice describes how Blazestack, Inc. collects, uses, and protects information through the Website.This policy applies only to the Website.
All privacy, security, retention, and compliance obligations for Blazestack proprietary software application(s) and other purchased services—including, without limitation, case data, evidence, reports, user records, and operational information—are governed by separate agreements such as the Blazestack Master Service Agreement, the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) attached thereto, and any other applicable agency or government contract related thereto.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to operate, improve, and promote ourWebsite.In general, you can visit the Website without disclosing any personal information. In order to make a purchase on the Website, access designated subsections of the Website, or generally obtain more information about Blazestack and its services available for purchase, Blazestack will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, as set forth in the categories below apply.

When you submit a request on our Website—such as a demo request, contact form, or newsletter sign-up—we may collect:

We do not sell personal identifiable information.
We may share limited personal data within our organization and to trusted service providers who Blazestack engages to support our marketing operations and other business functions, including:

6.1 Help Blazestack keep your personal identifiable information accurate.
If your personal identifiable information changes, or if you note an error upon review that Blazestack has on file, please promptly email Blazestack at support@blazestack.com and provide the new or correct information.
6.2 Your California Privacy Rights
Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Blazestack who are California residents to request certain information regarding Blazestack’s disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to: support@blazestack.com. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, Blazestack will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. Blazestack reserves its right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
California's privacy laws require a company to provide notice to California users of their rights to receive information on to which entities their information was shared for marketing purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security and integrity of Website data (including personal identifiable information) from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
These measures apply only to the Website. Security for Blazestack’s software application and other services is governed by separate contracts (Blazestack Master Service Agreement, DPA, CJIS documentation, and similar documents).
Blazestack will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, Blazestack shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Blazestack including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of Blazestack’s staff and/or third parties.
8. Children’s Data
Blazestack does not sell products or services for purchase by children, and our Website is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our Website may link to third-party websites or resources.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those other third party websites.
10. Changes to This Policy
This privacy notice was last updated on December 16, 2025. Blazestack reserves the right to change or update its privacy notice at any time. A notice of such change will be posted on the Website for 30 days. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
