About us

Great Technology. Great Service. For Those Who Serve.

We built Blazestack because we’ve lived the problem. As fire investigators and public servants ourselves, we spent years doing the work. Digging through scenes, managing complex cases, and trying to make sense of outdated, clunky software that just wasn’t built for what the job actually demands. And when we reached out for support, it often felt like we were on our own. For too long, public safety professionals have been forced to choose between two bad options: modern tools with no real support, or helpful service backing software that belongs in the past. At Blazestack, we knew that tradeoff wasn’t good enough. So we set out to fix it.

Purpose Built For Fire Investigation and Public Safety Case Management

Blazestack is purpose-built for fire investigation and public safety case management. It’s fast, compliant, easy to use, and built to adapt to real-world conditions—not slow you down. But just as important as the technology, is how we support it. We pick up the phone. We listen. We solve problems fast. And we treat every customer like a mission partner—not a ticket number.

What drives us is simple: a commitment to great technology, great service, and deep respect for those who serve. No compromises. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to—because that’s what public servants deserve.
